Corvette C5R "Racing Parts Kit" Chassis

A bit more than 10 years ago, Chevy decided to promote Corvette racing by selling a series of 42 roller Z06 chassis that included an LS6 engine, transaxle, suspension, brakes, wheels, tires, and steering column, but no body, interior parts, or fuel delivery parts.  I bought serial number 39 several years ago from Larry Dober (RIP).  The time has come to sell it.

Serial number 39 resides at Blaine Fabrication, a race car fabrication and prep shop in Santa Cruz, CA.  Alan Blaine is eager to turn this perfect Corvette starting point into a winning racer.  Your winning racer!  As you can tell from the pictures, the engine has never been fired.  If you want to make it yours, please contact me, Jeff Stevens, at 925-980-1321.  For just $24,900 you can own this unmolested piece of Chevrolet racing history.

I'm sure Vette racers know this, but in case you don't, this chassis can be effortlessly converted to C6R specifications by simply lengthening the wheelbase by 0.8"

The three columns of pictures below are sorted into groups of documentation, pictures of serial number 39 as it is today at Blaine Fab, and pictures of what Blaine Fab wants to build for you based on serial number 39.  All pictures are thumbnails.  Click on them to view a much larger version in a new window.
